I Reflect

In the First Quarter of Grade 10, I learned a lot of things about the lessons taught to us in ICT.  I learned the internet, law against the cyber crime, the start of social networking site and how technologies evolved and affected our daily lives. This lesson is very important to be taught in school especially to young people like us because it is during our time where technology is taking over our lives.  Not only did I discover facts about the social world, but I also discovered things about myself. I found out the real reasons behind why I use and why I don’t use certain social networking sites. In this process of self-discovery, i have came to the conclusion that an empowered digital citizen is all about being knowledgeable and responsible on what you post on social media networks. Keep it Clean

  As a citizen how can we help to prevent and save our world? We are only temporarily living here, will we allow the next generations to come to a life so deprived of water, food, and fresh air? As young people the smallest thing we can do is let citizens know what climate change is, how it is happening, and how it can be solved. We can also be a good influence on other people by cleaning up the environment, planting trees and avoiding the burning of plastics and so on. We still have a lot to do and instead of wasting time using obsessive gadgets join the community services of your towns. And in solidarity with National Clean up Month, as young people the smallest thing we can do is let citizens know what climate change is, how it happens, and how it can be solved.
